General Business

Our terms of delivery and payment (TDP) are part of all our delivery contracts. We do reject any condition of the customer which differs from our TDP terms. Supplements are notified by us in writing.

Conclusion of Contract

Contracts of sales concluded through the platform take place between the seller and the buyer.

By ordering through www.metazasupply.com you submit the binding offer to conclude the contract of sales. We can accept this offer by delivering the products to you. The confirmation of receipt of the order per email does not constitute the acceptance of the offer.

Prices

The listed prices should be applied during the order. The listed prices are the final prices. 

If between the conclusion of a business and time of delivery a considerable change of factors in costs occurs, such as especially costs for wages, previous material or freight, the price agreed upon may be adapted depending on the influence of the decisive costs to an acceptable extent, in so far as the goods are sold in the commercial business.

Delivery

Delivery takes place immediately after the payment has been received.

Metazasupply.com delivers to the customers within Lithuania, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark. Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Cyprus, USA. The delivered products should remain the property of Metazasupply.com until the full payment is received.

Partial shipments are to be accepted to an admissible extent.

Terms of delivery

We deliver within 2-4 working days, if not said otherwise. We make principally effort to adhere to dates and time limits. Fixed dates have to be confirmed by us in writing.

Delays in delivery due to legal strikes or unforeseen exceptional events such as measures of sovereignty, traffic disturbances etc. disengage us for the duration of their effects or in case of impossibility fully from our delivery duty.

In case of a delay of performance or in case of impossibility of performance which we answer to, damage claims of the buyer are excluded, unless they depend on purpose or rude carelessness.

Besides, § 323 of BGB (Civil Book of Acts) is valid, provided we are given the additional period of time of at least 4 weeks.

Payment

Invoices are due immediately.

We accept payment by Bank wire or by PayPal.

Warranty

If the delivered goods are deficient or if we are not able to deliver for other reasons, we first have the right of subsequent fulfilmen.

The customer is obliged to inform us immediately in writing after having discovered defects.

The warranty starts with the delivery of the goods to the customer.

Goods Returned

In order to guarantee a proper handling of the return of goods of any kind, the customer gives notice in advance on our application form for the return of goods and our certificate of receipt.

We are not obliged to accept goods returned without our certificate of receipt.

Goods returned are exclusively to be sent free to our delivery factory. In case of a warranty of defects, postage is reimbursed.

Revocation

You can revoke your contract explanation without any statement of reasons in text form, therefore per letter or e-mail, or through return of the products within 14 days. The period begins with receipt of the products by the addressee and soonest one day after receipt of the recantation instruction in text form. (In the case of recurring deliveries not before the first part delivery is delivered) and also not before the fulfillment of our duties to inform due to article 246 § 2 in accordance with § 1 Abs. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duties due to § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in accordance with article 246 § 3 EGBGB.

The timely dispatch of the revocation or the products shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the revocation term.
